Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information regarding their HVAC systems, including any issues or requirements. Clients agree to provide access to the premises where services are to be performed in a safe and timely manner.

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including building codes and safety standards.

Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement between the Company and the client. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to make payments in a timely manner may result in additional fees or the suspension of services.

Warranty

The Company warrants its workmanship for a period specified in the agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of the use of or inability to use our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these Terms of Service and fails to remedy such breach within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NY, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

Changes to Terms of Service
